    Identify Shock

Don't see a brand on this shock. Would appreciate help identifying. It is from a '73 911E Targa. Boge?

If this is a roll pin, then I would say it is Bilstein.

Usually under the paint will be the manufacturers name.

Bilsteins are installed upside down like that with the shock body as the piston. It could also be hydro-pneumatic struts, but more likely Bilstein.
