Thread: recaro Idealsitz foam source?

    recaro Idealsitz foam source?

I have a pair of Idealsitz S seats (basically the '74 on sport seats, but with separate headrest) that would benefit from new foam in the outer bolsters.
Does anyone know of a reliable source for such foam?

Repairing is easy if it's not disintegrated.
A bit of foam, the right glue and some small belt sander / or rotary grinder.
    Or overkill version:
    3D-Scanning.
    programming (6-Axis mill or Robot)
Take a block of foam immerse in water freeze the soaked block then mill.

I like your thinking. I'm only a 3D mill short.

That said, foam and glue, it seems. I'm wondering if someone has parts/capacity to reproduce.
