    Update: I was able to track down the gentleman who sold the engine in 2009 on this site. It was sold to a racer in France via another gentleman who I believe is from Sweden (John Soderberg). Mr. Soderberg may be affiliated with an organization called Autopower.se. If anyone in Europe can help with this sleuthing project I would be most appreciative.
