Advice re: replica high butterfly ?

I'm building an RS 3.0 replica and would like to use high butterfly inlet . I have been warned against buying a replica setup. There seem to be a few available . Rothsport sell them and Mittelmotor . Wondering if anyone has experience with any of these setups ? I was leaning towards the Mittlemotor , thinking the Germans would build a quality product . I would appreciate any opinions on the problems with replica's ? I know I missed a NOS set that Patrick bought , ironically we both live in Australia.

You can easily spend the identical amount of money to adjust and correct the aftermarket throttle bodies.

I have had 2 sets of factory HBF, they take a lot of work to correlate the throttles. The disadvantage to factory is 43mm ports required to match the throttles size. The aftermarket ones have smaller sizes available in the plates and port size. There is no plug and play with any HBF.

I have a Mittlemotor set of HBs on my 2.7 twin plug. They are a well made product and supplied with linkages assembled for each 'bank'.
Very little adjustment was necessary to get the butterflies opening together.

Yes Rothsport sells the EB ones. Of coarse the 3.0 RS used regular “S” throttles.
