I'm looking for current SWB sport street Camber and Castor settings

My 67 is going in for an alignment.
    Current setup
    195/55/16 VR tires (24.5 inches) on 6X16 Fuchs F&R
25 1/4 front 24 3/4 rear. Ride height is about a 1/4 inch higher than the picture.
    SC 19/24 T bars. I have 25's, and I think 26's
15/15 sways. I have a rear 16 on the shelf.
Weight 2050 to 2100 lbs? The POLO engine is about 30 pounds heavier than a 616 4 and about 80 pounds lighter than a 6.
Stock front suspension with stock tie rods
Rebel bushings F&R. For more on these and they are awesome, check the SWB steering issue thread currently posted.
Koni's set in second to softest setting F&R
I'm looking for good canyon cutting settings (street sport). I do make the occasional Denver to Carpinteria (Santa Barbara) trip.

Are these numbers a good target?
I found this on a 10 year old thread.
    Chris

I received some advice from Ed Mayo.
    Thanks Ed.

    Sure.

    Ed's reply.
I'm pretty much in agreement, with the exception that I tend more towards -1.5 degree camber in front, and I try to set the castors to always have a 1/4 degree more at the right front. It helps compensate for the normal road crown. Most new alignment equipment will also show the 'thrust' angle, obviously you want that at zero preferably. A little less toe-in in front will give a little quicker turn in in corners, however at the cost of a little more road wander. Since like you I also tend to take long trips with the cars I autocross I don't go less than zero toe at the front.
