    engine stand to run 911 engine

    Hello I would like to buy or get some plans to build a 911 engine stand.
    I want to run the engine in so I can set carbs and check for any problems before its installed.

    There are a few old threads on the Bird, but unfortunately it appears nobody is currently making a stand for Porsche.
    Check out the cheap option from Harbor Freight... add a stock mount, a little modification, et voila.

    This is creative and probably even cheaper:
