    Completely original. Excellent condition. The leather is a little bit deformed, but the plastic is free from cracks. Check out the pictures. $325 shipped.

    Interested, but is this the one that has the impossible to remove thick tabs for the chrome ring?

    The tabs look pretty easy to bend back to me. There are six of them.

    I took one apart not to long ago and had trouble putting the ring back on. Very difficult to align all the taps to slide back in. Very time I tried I caused some damage to the ring. I ended up selling it in pieces.

    Just my experience but I’m not too handy.

    here is a solution.... in the picture above, it appears the tab might be 10mm wide or so.... to get it off, with a die grinder make it 4mm wide or so.... that way it will bend easier to get off,... and if its already off ,but you are concerned that putting it on when bending the tab will distort the ring. then making it narrower reduces this problem.... there does not have to be much of a tab to hold it in place...
