They might be period correct but it's very unlikely Porsche supplied them. Porsche started using 911/912-specific H1 headlights early in the 1968 model year.

Those particular lights seem to have a mounting ring with several flanges to be held to the car with screws so they likely aren't replacements for 7 inch sealed beams.

If they were replacements for 7 inch sealed beams they would fit US-only headlights and these lights wouldn't have been legal in the US. That's not to say that nobody used quartz halogen headlights in the US back in the '60s and '70s. There wasn't a heck of a lot of enforcement.

Also, looking at the backs of the headlights, at about the 1 o'clock position there's what looks like a socket for a "city lamp" which would be a maybe 5 watt bulb. A 911/912 wouldn't use that.

H1 bulbs appeared in 1962 so these could be considered period correct although back in the day somebody picking out Marchal headlights from an MG Mitten catalog or whatever would probably have selected headlights without the "city lamps." But, those "city lamps" won't be very obvious. Full disclosure, my 356A has CIBIÉ H4 headlamps with "city lamps" even though the H4 didn't appear until 1971.

Your big problem may be getting those mounting rings off so you can get these into US-only covered headlights or sugar scoops.
