Some people seem to have luck using a Wood sandwich with large “C” clamps and then putting it in the sun. Haven’t tried it on mine but plan to.

Yep...I also fixed mine using the wood and c-clamp trick. I added a small dollop of black silicone in the gap to hold everything in place.

Btw—-those of us in the US covet those RHD passenger side armrests. If you have access to another one. Please let me know. Of course, if you’d like your drivers side to have the door pull, we have plenty of them, they are an easy swap.

The sun/clamp trick can be hit or miss - especially if you live in a warm climate - and often it doesn't take long for the armrest to return to its previously warped state. I have some additional steps that help but it's complicated and really needs a full write-up. I'l try to make time this week.
And, we do covet yours, because the Einmalig repro armrests are crap.
