New paint. Fresh emblems, or faded originals?

    On silver I'd go fresh.

Depends on the rest of the car. Is there patina elsewhere? If so, keep the faded ones. If you restored the interior, rubber, trim, etc. then there isn't much point left to keep the faded ones. I like patina but it's an overall look for the car, not just a single item.

On other colors then silver I prefer faded with a faded 2.4.

But black on silver with 73 black trim lenses looks better.

This... and because of how specific your poll is, I can't honestly respond to it.

But from your photos? Definitely fresh.

I'd only do the faded emblems if the grill had the same gentle faded patina. Given the grill you show on the car, definitely Fresh.
