    Rear Signal Housing "Gasket"/Glue ('69 - '73+) Questions

Anyone know what this gasket or other material is and where to source it or something similar?
Happened to be cleaning up my rear housing a little the other day, and noticed some small remnant of an almost putty like substance, but it's all mostly gone. Then saw this photo listed as a NOS part and noticed there is indeed something there.

Recommendations for the glue used to attach the lens gasket would be helpful too.

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Wurth Weatherstrip Adhesive works very well for lens gaskets:

No idea what the factory uses to secure the back housing cover. One of my guys fixed one of mine with JB Weld before I got to him. Sure hope I never need to open it back up again!

It was a 'putty like' gasket, when I need to reseal I just use normal gray dum-dum.
