    Hunting for 9110201289

    Hello all -

I am on the hunt for the 911 I grew up in. My father and his friends raced 911s and 914s in IMSA and PCA in the 80s and 90s and he had a 1970 911E as a PCA school car / occasional street car. I grew up in the car until he sold it in 2005/2006 after owning it for 20 years to fund my racing campaign. Unsurprisingly, my racing career never panned out, so now I am on the hunt to buy the car back for my dad. At a minimum, I would love to see the car again.

The car was sold out of Southeast Michigan (Toledo, OH area) to Southern California. It was guards red with factory Recaros, Carrera whale tail, and an IROC-esque air dam with VIN 9110201289. I don't have much information beyond that, but hoping the community may have some ideas or tools they would suggest to me in my hunt.

Thank you in advance! I really appreciate any help or support the community may be able to offer.

Wow, I just stumbled on this post! I have 9110201289 and it is for sale. It no longer has the RSR front bumper or the whale tail, but it is your Dad's car. You can contact me at ficarraclassic@gmail.com.
