    Can anybody identify these wheels?

These wheels have been on a kit car that my dad purchased in 1967. I'm hoping maybe some of you 356 guys have seen these before since they are the 5 x 205 pattern. They are steel, the center appears to be cast and then welded on to the rim. Cast into the back are the words Whitney, tiger and steel. Look like 15 x 6 or maybe 6.5. The towers and the knock offs were installed by me in the late eighties so not original. Internet searches have proved fruitless. Yes, the tires are also from 1966 when the car was put together. Those might be retreads, not sure, that later had the blue stripe cut into the side wall.

Probably J C Whitney. Threw my last catalog away a little while ago (47 years ago). Looks like Whitney's design to make a TorqThrust available to the public. Everything not stock on my '56 Ford Sunliner came out of the Whitney catalog. Mmm Cadilac spinners!

I sure have no clue but if you come up with a price I’m sure interested. They almost look custom drilled on blank wheels
Porsche taste on a Volkswagen budget...
