    356 Reutter Rack

Hello, does anyone know much about this strange rubber ski holders attached to my rack? It looks cool and I'm a bit divided whether to leave it on or not. Thanks!

Have to say I’ve never seen rubber ski clamps like that before. From a functional viewpoint, they will interfere with the mounting and securing of any suitcase you care to fit. The skis were traditionally mounted on either side with the straps fed through the slots. That’s how I use my Reutter when attached to the Conv D. I’d say no. Good talking point though!
