    Replacement Oil Line Elbows

I am getting ready to install the engine in my '70E restoration project and am about to put together the cooler to tank oil line. I have beautiful collars from Jim Tidwell but I would like to replace the elbows as the fastening nuts are pretty beat up and corroded. Anyone know of a source for the elbows or a way to replace just the nuts?

I know I could just replace the entire line with a new one but I want to stick with the original style fittings.

    Hi Tom,

Are 90* tube portions aluminum or steel? If they are steel I can remove the nipple, put on new nuts (exact same as are on there now) then silver solder the nipples back on. If aluminum there is a bit of a different approach. I am also happy to help you with the proper wrap cured hose.

    Thanks,

    Brad
