Which rust sealant do you prefer?

I have a couple of very tiny rust bubbles popping out at my rear fender. Before I clean and hit with POR-15, I wondered what product people are using these days.

you need to show a picture ... do you realy have a rust problem or a product failure leading to surface rust.... in any event you should cover the entire car and cut a little hole in the covering (kind of like the way surgeons do there operations). Sand blast perfectly clean the area, wash with acetone, and epoxy prime the area.. no need to screw around with miracle cures...do it right and be done... use one of those hand held sand blasters, set air pressure low, like 80 or 90 pounds or so...
