Only see one set (2 tab locations) and thought for the brake line .
So what holds the Speedo cable in tunnel

Brake pipe is located in metal straps with rubber isolators. Zip ties hold the speedo cable away from moving parts in the tunnel.

Zip it to the brake pipe, which is on the passenger side of tunnel, not tight, just enough to locate it.
