    Help identifying MFI part

    Seems like a cover for a MFI air cleaner. Anyone an idea what it is?

    Or maybe just used on the air cleaner housing in the middle?

    Why do you think it's a Porsche part ? I don't think it is .

    Looks like a snorkel removal aftermarket cover.

    Friend of mine has some left over Porsche parts, mostly of models later than 1973. He told me these were P-parts, but since I didn't recognized the part, I thought: let's ask here
