Wanted: Recommendations to rebuild a transmission on a 70s

I have a 70s that I want to fully rebuild the transmission on. It is the original transmission. Want it done well and done right. Who would you recommend? I am on the East Coast of the US.

A nearby, well regarded shop that is equipped to rebuild early Porsche transmissions is Wills Werks in Alexandria, VA.

Thank you Mac73s. Eric and I spoke and he is going to do it in a few months. Got a very good feel from him on the phone!

That's pretty good really. Your transmission will be vaccinated long before you will!
