67 912 Sunroof finally on the road after 7 years as a project!

Finally my long project bought in ‘13 now registrated and ready for the road!
Car is a 07/07/67 912 Karmann Sunroof in Light Ivory/black delivered to an architect in SF and sold by him to a Company here in Norway(in ‘98). Ii has bought it after floors etc were replaced. Also passenger door replaced with a LWB type (luckily I have a 66 door in Light Ivory in my parts. Car is solid and original but came with a VW engine with Solex PII 40 (now weber IDF40) and 912 Generator.
I have renewed all the suspension with 2K paint, all new rubber bushings, bearings, brake lines etc etc. mainly parts from Porsche or Elephant Racing.
Mods: 67-68S/L dual circuit brakes, 15mm ARB front/rear, turbo tie rods, adjustable spring plates from SC/custom made spring plates, short shift kit and old used red Konis(will be changed to new Konis or Bilsteins).
Now the 912 has a 68 5-speed trans and the vw T1 engine. Deep6 and 7" ,period Momo steering wheel(s) and Recaros(need to be redone).
Planning to build a 616 engine and make it white again.
Car is running ok and I am now in the process of adjusting the rideheight and testing tire dimentions(now 175/65/15 and 195/65x15). With this set up up it is really firm and stabile to drive without, but gurss I will be landing on 175/70 or 165/15 and 185/70x15 for a bit more comfort and looks.
Sorry for pictures wrong way, do not know why?

    Looking great!

Make sure to get that 616-in, gives a more genuine driving experience.

Yes, most correct with original type engine. Very fun to drive a not-rear-heavy 900 car on twisty roads but miss the punch and sound of the 2.0S I had some years ago.
