Do I need to buy this wheel to get the "secret" source? :-) I have a 400mm that needs the "secret" treatment!

Happy New Year ! The cat has long been out of the bag; "the secret source in the south" is Don Lee, Dallas Custom Steering Wheels. Tell him I sent you Thanks.

I was always hoping there was some old dude in rural Georgia doing these wheels by hand for a fraction of the going rate. Turns out it's just Don.

FYI, no self-respecting Southerner considers Dallas "the South". Or Austin, for that matter. Maybe Allen's bluffing?

HaHa well I am originally from New York, Long Island actually and went to college in New England.. At the moment I am, in fact, in Austin but going back to California shortly. Sorry but to me Dallas is The South ! Thanks.

For some inexplicable reason, I still have this wheel and I still haven't bought that fishing reel. I'm not reducing the price 'cause the reel is still $479.95.

    Ciao
