    1969 documentation..
    You could google the VIN number 1290221XX and see if you can find the owner..

    Do what I do. List them for sale on eBay for a ridiculous price nobody will pay. Google then includes the listing and the VIN in their search results and if the vehicle owner ever does a search on their VIN, your eBay listing is the first thing they'll see. I've reunited several maintenance records with their original cars this way.

    Really like that - I am not a fan of selling documentation that clearly belong to a car (hopefully) somewhere out there..
