    WTB: Corerect Radio for 1973 911 RS

    I want to buy the proper radio for a 1973 Porsche 911 RS #1526. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

    I have this US model Blaupunkt that should work for you. Can you post a picture of your dash opening?

    My guess is that these cars came with radio delete from the factory so any radio added was from the dealer and could be any mono radio model from that era.

    I don't think this radio is correct, because his car is an Italian delivery. I believe he needs an European radio.

    radio's

    This is a 71 made Euro Blaupunkt with correct 72/73 front and chrome surrounding. Other choice the Becker Mexico.

    I think you are also correct. I am not being picky just looking for the type radio the car would get in Italy.

    I would like the European. As long as it is a correct European radio for the RS should someone have had the radio added by the dealer. Thank you...
