To my knowledge, these cars, in France, were never registered as 911 ST, but as regular 911 S. It may be in different in Spain, as they were imported as pure racing cars, according to the article.

The first registration in Spain of the vehicle 1151 is in 2001. Does anyone know what year was this car outside of Spain? I think the vehicle was stored and without registration until the time of an alleged export. * this assumption is surely wrong
The registration of the car in Spain is H0548BBB.
Registered for the first time in 2001 and as a historic vehicle.

looking if it is related to S / T vehicles.
Are these two images the same color scheme? The back in an image is painted black and the stickers have changed the angle a bit apart from the disappearance of the "puma" on the back (this may be due to a photographic defect) of little importance ..... It is cited that this vehicle is the 1151!

Why was the S / T 1151 restored with the appearance of the 49? In all the photos I have seen I have noticed a detail that differentiates them. The placement of the front boot locks. If I see the current photos it is seen that the positions are adjusted to those of the license plate 428-z-9743 which corresponds to vehicle 49 (the supposedly destroyed)
... Having several photos, why not respect that distinctive "touch" between vehicles? Regulation?
the identification image may be confused *

absence of black stripe on front spoiler. 1971? Same car in the images.
VIN 49
+
loss of one of the bonnet hooks
I think it's chassis 1151------------------------->I now think that it is chassis 49. If we look at the upper strip on the glass we will see that in the black and white photos the red is reflected as a black strip and the blue as a clearer strip.

Red and Blue stripes on top of front glass

in this image shown more back page. We see a ST repsol with a Blue stripe on the front glass. If we follow this, we would see that it would be chassis 49. If we look at the bonnet grips we could see that it could also be 51. I have noted the photo as Lana Rey 1972. As seen in the previous photo at some point she lost the hood closure vehicle 51.

Why does "the replica" have a gasoline inlet on the hood?

they are not the same race. That black stripe that we see on the front extension corresponds to a body modification or does it correspond to a color scheme? I think it is an extension? I'm wrong?
+
This photo would be after the first two? Was that black strip painted white?
originally, the extensions had these forms. Obviously, races later can be deformed! I have not got an image of any ST repsol with damage except for the image in which a hood hook is missing!

Wanted to reaffirm what gonbau guessed at. Red does register as black or nearly black in b/w grayscale photography. There is a very light shade of sky blue known as non-photo blue which registers as white in b/w photography. It should be a safe bet the red window strip may appear darker than a lighter blue window strip in period b/w photographs.
