    That is a long hood rear bumper corner. The RSR used a one piece fiberglass rear bumper. So that item cannot be a factory RSR rear bumper.

    thats what i also was thinking...was steel ever an option ?

    What I think is odd is that if Factory RS or RSR (however unlikely) it's missing the extra support bracket that triangulated the over rider mount. I thought all of the MY73 bumpers had those.

    Yes, I have those too...I was told they came from a 1973 RSR or maybe an earlier ST-build?...

    These flares are more pronounced than RS-flares .../ Lars...

    (P.S...the third pic is compared to a standard flare...)

    my guess is that this built is based on a SWB part. so there was extra material to do the flare without adding sheet metal.would also explain the strange trim mounting hole and absence of the reinforcement .
    will have a closer look asap to look whats under the primer and if/where welding was done.
