WTB: Seat tilt knobs - desperately seeking !!

Desperately seeking 4 x swb seat forward tilt mechanism release knobs .... they are as pictured, but do not have the threaded shaft as per the ones available on Sierra / Stoddard / Aase etc.
They are push on items ...
Any help locating greatly appreciated as last on my list to finish my car ...

    Have you tried 356 knobs.
That's what they look like on the seats.

A thought,,,, get the threaded knob, drill out the threads and use a crush sleeve if the knob diameter ends up larger than the tilt shaft.

Thanks Jeff - I bought some original screw in 356 ones as suggested by Michael above - they look like they'll work so will update the thread once I've checked for future reference.
