When I meet someone in their late teens to early 30's at a Cars and Coffee (not this past year) and they show interest in long hoods I have them come by my house and give them a pile of magazines.
As I get Pano's. Excellence, Esses, RMR/PCA, 912 Registry, Classic Porsche, and the occasional R&T, Motor Trend, Car and Driver they pile up fast.

Another good use is a friend takes them to the local VA hospital for the old guys to read, again not recently, but it is a good use of them.
