    Oo CDI box issue

About 10 years ago in a parking lot at an RGruppe event in West Virginia there was much talk about CDI box failures and the very iffy rebuild situation. As someone who at this point has put about 80,000 miles on my 1970 S I listened attentively. But until today it really wasn’t a subject I had to deal with. Now I do and I have no recollection as to solutions. So these days, what do you all do when your CDi box says enough.

Send it to Bob Ashlock. It will come back as good as new. Actually better. And he is a real gentleman too. Prompt, corteous and knows his stuff.

Bob is the best, and having a spare doesn't hurt either! And with a lot of people thinking like you getting rid of it buying a spare is very cost competitive. I carry a spare, very small for the insurance it brings.

Ok. Thanks all spare bought. Excellent insurance as I generally only brake things that are 100 miles away. Thank you!
