FS: Original Scheel 101 Vintage Racing Seat

    SOLD includes shipping to CONUS
Found another seat hence now for sale.
Pictures tell the story. Absolutely original with battlescars to prove it. Even the original Scheel seat rails are included and so as the rare vintage Recaro 'peanut' headrest. Unfortunately, it is missing the original badge but fortunately, the exact beautiful replica is still available and I will provide the lead (a big thank you to the owner of the green Porsche with the Scheel seats). Reasonable offers always welcome! Paypal incurs 2.9% fee.

I believe you are wrong but if you were right, it makes it very rare in Australia and New Zealand and a cool passenger seat in the US! Below were a pair of Scheels from the same period sold just last year by a well known collector that you are saying is also wrong...

Whether you install the seat as a driver's seat or front passenger seat is up to you. Originally it was thought that the adjustment wheel should point to the outside of the vehicle - then it would be a driver's seat ;-) I think that is how the seat was built in, so the left side cushion is damaged from getting in (unless the seat comes from a country with right-hand traffic). the picture with the built-in seats shows the scheel 100 model (without adjusting wheel). but the picture of don`s sitting is scheel 300th hope i could help a little. regards
