'. . . This 1971 Porsche 911S coupe was acquired by the seller in 1998 and is powered by a replacement fuel-injected 2.7L flat-six mated to a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The car is finished in red over black and is equipped with 15″ Fuchs-style wheels, a “whale tail” rear spoiler, a front lip, a roll cage, five-point harnesses, an OMP Racing steering wheel, Koni shocks, and Sway-A-Way adjustable rear spring plates. The spark plugs were reportedly replaced in 2019, and more recent maintenance included an oil change. This modified 911S coupe is now offered with removed parts, factory literature, a workshop manual, and a clean Illinois title in the seller’s name.

The body is finished in red and features a front lip, a “whale tail” rear spoiler, black trim, and chrome headlight surrounds. The seller notes the car received bodywork to address a dent on the right rear that occurred during a track day event. A scratch is visible on the right quarter panel.

15″ Fuchs-style forged aluminum wheels wear Kuhmo Solus tires measuring 195/65 up front and 215/60 out back. Sway-A-Way adjustable rear spring plates are fitted, as are adjustable Koni front and rear shocks.

The seats are trimmed in black and feature cloth inserts and Simpson Racing five-point harnesses. Additional equipment includes a bolt-in roll cage, a fire extinguisher, and a Blaupunkt cassette stereo. The footwell carpeting and door pockets have been removed.

The suede-trimmed OMP Racing steering wheel fronts a Stack tachometer, a 150-mph speedometer, and combination gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 90k miles and is believed to have rolled over. Approximately 8k miles were added by the seller, and the speedometer cable was reportedly repaired during current ownership. The removed steering wheel and tachometer are included in the sale.

The 2.7-liter flat-six fitted during previous ownership was reportedly built to 1973 Porsche 911RS specifications and features a Bosch mechanical fuel injection system. The spark plugs were reportedly replaced in 2019, and the oil was changed recently.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a Quaife limited-slip differential. The removed factory differential is included in the sale, and the seller notes the heat exchangers require replacement due to leaks that have temporarily been patched. Borla mufflers are reportedly fitted.

Some of the removed parts are included in the sale, along with factory literature, a workshop manual, an additional set of Fuchs-style wheels, and tubular headers
