    help finding thread about SWB rear brake adapters

    all;
    It's possible that my search abilities are lame, but I've spent some time trying to find this thread and keep coming up empty.
    about 10 or so years ago someone made up a small run of adapters for mounting larger rear calipers on a SWB car. thread title was something like;

    "who wants some big rear SWB brakes?"

    any help finding this thread appreciated.

    Eric at PMB made up a set of 42 mm rear calipers for my 67. They are 70-72 914 front ATE's. The first set like this. I've run them hard for over a 1000 miles in the Colorado mountains with no issues. The original brake lines fit perfectly.
