    Tall inlet manifold remanufacture

    For my efi project, I’ve just had this pattern made for inlet manifolds,

    The initial choice of bore is 40/40

    46/40 will be made soon, and I’ll take advice from others on here as to other sizes

    Initial castings are aluminium, but magnesium ones are planned as well.

    The height is adjustable by machining from 88-98mm

    The base is enlarged to cover the CIS port on the later engines

    Price per pair cast in aluminium, painted in black epoxy is £500

    Casting sample

    Picked up the casting sample and size looks good, they just need the bores fettling once they are machined.

    Should have two sets machined next week
