    1968 Door Card Pocket Fixing

    Hi All,
The 1968 model has a one-year only door card with a hinged pocket. Th elastic that holds this pocket close to the door card needs to be screwed into either the door card or through the door card into the metal door frame.

Does anyone know how the elastic should be fixed?

    Thanks in advance, Richard

Perhaps this helps, the best photo I have. I think you can see how/where the elastic comes out the insides of the pocket then raps around the pocket flap and gets sandwiched between the face of the panel and the pocket flap. I don't recall but it seems for security the screws would mount through the metal of the door not just the fiber door card.
