Hello Longhood friends!
Once a month bumpity. I want to thank all who have reached out with a friend of a friend who might have a Albert Blue car to sell. That is the magic of this board. Unfortunately, nothing has panned out yet, but the search continues!
As a reminder:
Albert Blue
Coupe
NON "S"
No rust and preferably not in need of an engine rebuild.
Looking for a nice driver quality car to enjoy with my two little boys
Thank you again to everyone for their help in this multi-year search!
Best,
Derek
Hi Derek,
BAT is listing an Ossi Blue 1969 T this morning. Not quite Albert Blue, but interesting nonetheless.
You have no doubt already seen the rather more needy looking Albert Blue 1970 T at Gallery Junction also?
Best wishes..,
Do you require matching numbers AND Albert Blue as the original color (per CoA/Kardex)? Or can it be a non-numbers matching LWB coupe that is or has been painted AB?
1957 356A Cab Condor Yellow
1970 911E Targa “CONDA G”
1970 911T3.2 “Meatballs”
1972 911T2.5 “AWBRGN”
1972 911T Targa Glaserblau
1976 911S Talbot Yellow
Thanks Richart! I think needy is a very generous word for the Gallery Junction T! I really appreciate you keeping your eyes peeled, many thanks.
Hi Cruisingnkali,
I would much prefer a numbers matching and AB but if there was a nice original AB car with a swapped motor I would consider it if the price were right. As nice as some paint jobs are, I would not like a car that was originally another color.
Hope that helps?
Thank you for thinking of me!
Derek

Thanks for thinking of me when you saw this, Brent! With all this help I know it is just a matter of time before I find the right one. I think this one at Gallery Junction, for me, is a bit too rough. I think perhaps I would spend a little bit more to not have to do bodywork/repaint/new interior etc.
Thanks again!!
