How to prep seats for long term storage?

I want to put the original factory vinyl and cloth seats from my '72S in long-term storage. My storage spot is protected from the elements but is not heated or cooled, and I live in Chicago. Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Scott

I am also in Chicago ....so with -20 always possible and below zero for sure would not recommend.
Assume you have other seats in car and don’t need them for now but want to keep these originals.

moisture is of course very bad. equally high temperature differences. ensure good ventilation. keep the window closed - in summer in winter tilt the window permanently. watch out for mice ...

Hope I could help a bit

    regards
