torque values for Rennline 2 point strut brace?

I'm going to be installing a Rennline 2-point strut brace on my 72 T, and in my searches, have seen different values for the torque on the 2 rear factory bolts seen in the picture below, including 32 lbs and 59 lbs. Any help would be much appreciated in determining what is the correct torque...thanks.

They are 10mm bolts so 32. 59 would be for 12mm.
