    What are these items?

Brackets (heavy steel) and black plates are in my spare parts box. I am bewildered?
    Thanks!

The "lightweights" are brackets that support the Inertia Reel covers in 72/73 911 Coupes. They attach to the inner wall under the quarter windows. If I have thoroughly confused people, I am sorry. Those things are pretty rare, too!

I finally knew one of these "guess-this-part" answers and Jim B. had to beat me to it!

It appears that item #18 holds the receiving screw clip on nuts for the #19 cover screws.
And gives support strength to the upholstery panel

Did any of the #19 plastic covers ever survive without breaking up?

There is a slot in the rosette to make it easier to pull the tongue and B style hook through when you mount the reel.
