I believe this is complete and correct through 1973. Need additional information on Stritone trumpet horns not made by Bosch fitted to late 1973 cars...

The first horns were used until chassis number 301224 in May 1965 – black with grille opening in front (like 356)

    901.635.102.00 – 390 Hz – Bosch number 0 320 213 005
    901.635.112.00 – 520 Hz – Bosch number 0 320 202 020

301225 through the end of the 1966 model year – similar appearance to above

    901.635.102.01 – 290 Hz – Bosch number 0 320 202 023
    901.635.112.01 – 345 Hz – Bosch number 0 320 213 009 -- or is it 435 Hz????

Fanfare horn 1967-1969 model years – black snail shaped

    901.635.112.02 – 400 Hz, left – Bosch number 0 321 023 002
    902.635.102.00 – 335 Hz deep tone, right – Bosch number 0 320 043 017 – not fanfare, flat without grille
    901.635.113.02 – 500 Hz, right (comfort group 1969) – Bosch number 0 321 023 003

Fanfare horn 1970-1973 model years, both horns are on the left side – red, trumpet shape

    911.635.101.00 – high tone 735 Hz – Bosch number 0 321 023 020
    911.635.102.00 – low tone 630 Hz – Bosch number 0 321 023 019

    1972-1973 Switzerland only

    901.635.112.02 – 400 Hz, left – Bosch number 0 321 023 002
    901.635.113.02 – 500 Hz, right – Bosch number 0 321 023 003

    Dr. J,

Some info on Stritone (and Mixo/Klaxon differentiation) here. https://www.early911sregistry.org/fo...light=stritone The switchover from Bosch seemed to be Dec ‘72-Jan ‘73 with some additional subtleties.

    Hi Nico,

Interesting -- since the Bosch number doesn't match the ones listed above -- what is frequency on the horn?
