Thread: 4 rare MOMO horn buttons

    4 rare MOMO horn buttons

Each of these are fairly difficult to find... a couple perhaps a bit more than another.
Suffice it to say they're very desirable.

    1. NOS small Porsche crest (still in plastic baggie) $200 (SOLD)
    2. Large Porsche crest $240 plus shipping (SOLD)
    3. Early design, stacked MOMO $200
    4. Rare design early MOMO $300 (SOLD)

    Thanks for looking.

No worries... yes... it should fit well.
one thing to note... a circular electrical adaptor was soldered on instead of the more typical horizontal post so you may have to change your horn wire... or your mechanic can easily re-solder the correct post to the back of the button

Sorry for hopping onto a sales thread, but what are the approx dates for the two different crest sizes please? Feel free to direct me to another thread if appropriate. Many thanks and apologies again!

It's difficult to say with absolute certainty... and I could be wrong. I don't think MOMO made beepers right from the beginning but probably just before 1967.
The large Porsche crest is probably earlier than the small, possibly 1968-71 with the small at approximately 1970-74.
Just my best guess. A thorough scouring of old parts catalogs of companies that offered MOMO from different years should relieve the answers you seek... such as when the chrome ring was discontinued, etc.
