Sport seat and seat belt help on a 69 Targa

I've spent 2 hours looking and reading other threads tell my eye's glazed over. I'm still not clear on this. Pictures 1, 2, and 3 are the seats and parts I have on hand. Do I have all the right parts and which of the 2 different latches with the red buttons do I use? I realize the black seat picture is of a SWB car. I'm just looking at the center bolster of the drivers seat with the inner part of the seat belt flopping over the lower bolster.
Does anyone have a picture of this type of seat with a correctly attached inner seat belt?

Your last picture shows exactly how it should be for sport seats. The picture from the parts manual shows the comfort seat with L bracket mount and use of the shirt receiver. The receivers with piece of webbing are for the rear seats. For those you are missing the lapbelts.

That's not quite right. Those red tabs are for your thumbs....not your forefinger. You have them upside-down.
Seatbelts are always more complex than we think they should be.

Pic, 1 yes. 2 yes. 3 yes on belt system, no on receivers with belts. 4 yes on belt system, no on comfort parts. 5 no. 6 yes, and red tabs are correct, you drop your hand and flick lever with 4finger. If red tabs are on top, accidental release of belts is possible.

    More issues.
Picture 2 latch can't rotate forward enough if mounted inboard. Maybe a spacer? If so the latch will be jammed against the seat and maybe too tight to turn the bolt.. I can make it work outboard but I haven't seen a picture of one mounted outboard.

Without the ear on the inner receiver mount like pictured, they have to mount on the outside. Does the belt receive hole fit over the raised bung. There are large ID wavy washers that will create tension on the receiver.

Looks like you try to mount the receiver on the outside (facing the door) of the seat. The tab showed is where the end of the seat belt is mounted. Here a picture of the receiver on my 73 seat frame. If you do not have the same mounting tab then something has been changed on the seat.

I just bought a pair of L brackets. I'm thinking I can either use them as they are or alter them like one of the two drawings. If I altered them each interior piece would have 2 bolts. One for the latch and one for the mounting point on these seat bases. Use the 2nd to last picture above as a reference.
I really don't want to mount them outboard as I would have to drill a hole in the plastic cover.
Does anyone have a picture of the short bolts. I ordered 4 from Stoddard but they're too long.

The bolt and wavy washer for the end plate of the seat belt. Sometimes a thinner and smaller OD wavy washer is used on the receiver side, especially for retractable seat belt receivers.
How does the seat frame look on the other side where you mount the end of the seat belt?
