Recaro/Scheel help needed on early bucket seat

I pulled this out from the back of the shed.
From memory I was told early or pre 65.
I have 2 of them and both are in near perfect condition.
Any INFO would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Erik,
Hope is all good with you.
    Thanks for the link.
This is the only other I can find via the search.
Uai on the last post shows a Scheel but whilst looking the same the seat fabric appears different as does the back and side carpet fabric.

Yes they exist in various covers. Different corduroy and different square weave. I haven‘t seen any proof of them being Recaro. I assume they were built by scheel as there are lots of hints regarding material and how they are made that indicate this.

Ok I managed to get the other seat out.
Both of these seats came out of early race cars.
The seat on the left out of a 66 and is the seat in my previous post.
The seat on the right came out of a 65.
The differences are subtle and both wear different corduroy and square weave including the material on the edges of the square weave.

yes, this is the very first scheel bucket seat model that was ever built. year of construction is before 1967. you can also see it on the original rails - if you have them ;-). one more piece of information: i weighed this seat model (like everyone else): it is the lightest seat ever built between 1966 and 1973. it was not until 1974 that the weight record was overtaken by the recaro profi (racing version). congrats on the great find and also in this state of preservation. look if you can still find pieces of paper with numbers in the shed, the seats were all numbered with a continuous three-digit number.

    regards

Recarno, thank you for your knowledge.
Do you believe that BOTH these seats are Scheel?
I am unsure if I have the rails for these however I am 100% sure that I do NOT have the cars these were originally in
