I had everything outsourced. Rear seats are also done. Now only the parcel shelf and front seats. These are also available from the trimmer. I had everything covered in real black leather. Black Vinyl was originally.

Just curious, Was it pricey? At some point, I will be doing the same. I have 2 hides of Peanut Butter leather and 2 yards of Black Tartan fabric from Scotland. I did the dash top myself, planning on doing as much as I can my self. The front and rear seats I will need to farm out.

I asked for porsche leather. So the reupholster has search in hie book for the correct leather. I am cheaper than ordering everything from Lakewell.

My guess is that aftermarket covers were added with no speaker holes because the process to get it right involves punching each and every hole by hand.

I believe there are 676 5mm holes to be exact. Ask me how I know.
