Pressurize oil flow into rebuilt engine

How to pressurize oil flow into a freshly rebuilt engine (aside from cranking w/o ignition). Can I use the front oil cooler line to pressurize the engine and tank? Any help is appreciated.

Never felt that was necessary, all I do is pull spark plugs, pull coil wire from cap and GROUND it, loosen right side cam oil line, crank in 10 second spurts until oil comes out of line. reconnect, install plugs and coil wire, start up and run at 2,000 RPM for about five minutes.
