    Groundhog posts

When (if ever) will users (members or not) start using the "search" ?
This is an antiquated base forum site and a good one with plenty of historical advice available.
I just guess we are getting a tad bored , old and (was going to say "lazy") but.
Over the years I have asked questions but often found the 'resolve' via "SEARCH'' on many occasions
Why do so many require the repetitive efforts of others rather than spend the energy themselves.
    Night night.

I will actually sign off as

Be careful what you wish for. On many forums, when people learn to search they often reply to years-old classified ads asking if the part is still available...

Just an observation. I’ve seen many new forum participants of late. Most are just learning the ropes of the forum. I’ve been happy to watch the seasoned participants help the newbies. It will always be a balance.
