Lead on a 1971 911T Project Olive Green Sunroof Coupe

I was offered the chance last night to purchase this car, but passed because I recently bought something different in the interim.

The car is located in Vancouver. The car appears to be complete. The seller claims it is running.

It will require significant body work, as I am told there is rust in the parcel shelf area and around the headlights. No doubt, there is other rust.

The amount of work this car requires can be justified (IMO) by the fact that it is a sunroof car in a rare colour.

The car is presently white, but I have proof the car was Olive Green (3939) leaving the factory.

Please send me a PM only if you have a sincere potential interest in this car.

The owner of car is unaware that I have posted this thread. My only interest is not letting this opportunity go unknown to members of this site.

When I was first in discussions with the owner of this car, I posted a thread asking what the general consensus was on Olive Green 911's.

There is presently an Olive Green 912 Sunroof coupe on BAT that is commanding a significant premium. ($70,707 with 5 days to go)
