    ... so we can enjoy the special noises that the 2004 version of the first F1 engine to exceed 19,000 rpm makes even when it is just playing around on someone’s driveway on a sunny summer day in England back when we were able to go out of our homes to appreciate such stuff. BMW power but key contribution by Blackpool-born Andy Cowell who has made huge contributions in F1 powertrain development throughout his career.

    I think the mid-2000s is the golden era of Formula 1. It was at this sound of the engine that my love for this sport grew!
