Install 73 RS door panels on my 69T?

Looking to see how one installs the 73 RS panel on a 1969T door?
    Any modifications? Cutting etc?

Take the latch out of the door and see how it works. A clip setup came with mine, I didn’t like it so I made my own with a pin and washers. + mine might be a late latch.

Anybody have a picture of their long hood door with panel off to see how they attached the 73RS door pull?

is this what you're looking for? the 2 silver threaded inserts are for the RS door handle, and the screw holding the fixed end of the leather door strap threads into of those holes below the silver inserts.

    73' RS pull

i have a pair of 1972 white doors (original lilac) that have 73' RS door panels.
As you can see, the PO cut them to make it work.

My 1969 tan doors are getting 73' RS door panels but i need to see the proper way they are installed so i do not butcher them like my white doors...
