    Install ‘73 RS door panels on my 69T?

    Looking to see how one installs the 73’ RS panel on a 1969T door?
    Any modifications? Cutting etc?

    Install vapor barrier, window mechanism or pull strap, door release system and inside door handle.

    Take the latch out of the door and see how it works. A clip setup came with mine, I didn’t like it so I made my own with a pin and washers. + mine might be a late latch.

    is this what you're looking for? the 2 silver threaded inserts are for the RS door handle, and the screw holding the fixed end of the leather door strap threads into of those holes below the silver inserts.

    73' RS pull

    i have a pair of 1972 white doors (original lilac) that have 73' RS door panels.
    As you can see, the PO cut them to make it work.

    My 1969 tan doors are getting 73' RS door panels but i need to see the proper way they are installed so i do not butcher them like my white doors...

    RS door

    Here the RHS door of my RS, hope the indent plus cut out is clear to see where the for leather strap can be fed through.
