Hi Frank! sorry for the very very late reply, how could we confirm if the car is a kremer or not? its a karmann, do u know if kremer bought karmann bodies to make their racecars? im fairly knew in the kremer world and idk much about them i say "its a kremer" because its what its been said here locally when it used to race.

The rims in the photo are 6x15, but I had 7x15 on my 914/4 converted to 5 bolt suspension by 1980. Mine were black. These were available in 4 bolt pattern as well, and a few colors and widths. Porsche brought out the ATS "cookie cutter" rims about 1974. I do believe these rims were good enough for racing, but have no proof of teams using them.

then i think that the person who owned the car must have fitted it with those wheels by the looks of them? cause the most used where fuchs, minilite and some bbs... now we just need to know who raced it...

From what I've gathered about those wheels and the Samson_kremer team, as far as I understand it, FUCHS sponsored Samson, so it would be peculiar if a Samson vehicle had wheels other than FUCHS. I suppose there are two options: either the wheels were put on the vehicle at the time of sale, and when it was running in Germany, it had different ones, or this vehicle, despite the scheme, is not associated with the SAMSON team but with a certain pilot. Does anyone know a color scheme around '70/'71 that matches the one on this car? I believe Clemens used a similar scheme.
