Light Ivory ... It is one of thoese colors that when the car is properly done it looks sooooo classic. But if its just a so so build looks weak...
I would go original color unless you just don't like Lite Ivory

Adam: If you have Rudge wheels you can paint it any color you want! The interior looks great, but please secure the fire extinguisher rather than leaving it free to bounce around.

So if you don’t have a color in mind perhaps a vote for the 5 best colors as selected by the group ?
Definitely not the white ivory !

I’d go with your first choice. However... on the purple pallet I like aubergine!

It is your car. Paint it any color you like. Janis Joplin did, and look what that did for the value.

I think Albert or Bali blue would look striking on a 67 S given the amount of chrome. I personally love Leaf Green and would paint pretty much any year Porsche in it, from 1948 to 2022! Bottom line is, it’s your car, do what makes you happy.

Not crazy at all. We have a 71 Jaguar Etype that has been in the family since 1989. Original color was a baby blue (not sure the Jag name for it). When we restored it in 2008-2010 went with a 66-68 Etype color of Metallic Charcoal Grey (also don't remember the Jag color name). It is a matching numbers car but the baby blue did nothing for us so we changed it.
